FOUR people have been admitted to Oxfordshire hospitals in the last week after testing positive for Covid-19, the latest figures show.
None of the patients in Oxford University Hospitals are on ventilation.
According to the Government’s website, as of 4pm on Tuesday, there were 23 new cases recorded in the county – a decrease of 15 from the number of cases from the day prior.
The last death recorded in the county happened on March 30.
These were the numbers for the past 24 hours by local authority:

The total number of coronavirus cases since the pandemic started are:
l Oxford – 9,452
l Oxfordshire – 33,617
The UK has recorded a further 33 Covid-related deaths and 2,524 new cases, Public Health England confirmed.
The health body is now including Pillar 2 tests – those carried out by commercial partners – alongside Pillar 1 tests, which are analysed in NHS or PHE laboratories and which made up the first stage of the Government’s mass testing programme.
Cumulative case counts include patients who are currently unwell, have recovered and those that have died.
The number of people who have received their second dose of a vaccine in the UK has surpasses ten million.
The number of people who have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine has reached 33 million.
