ROCKSTAR Alex James has announced more names for this summer’s Big Feastival, which takes place on his Cotswold farm.
Dance-pop singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor, chart-topper Tom Grennan, singer-songwriters Maisie Peters and Emily Burns, and melodic pop band Kawala have today been added to the line-up for the event at Kingham from August 27-29.
The host, bass player with Blur, also takes to the stage with his own Alex James Orchestra.
They join previously announced acts Judge Jules, Sigala, Nile Rodgers & Chic, Rag’n’Bone Man, Zara Larsson, Ella Eyre and All Saints.
The Big Feastival continues its tradition of attracting big-name chefs to West Oxfordshire, with Saturday Kitchen’s Matt Tebbutt, James Knappett, Steven Lamb and Romy Gill all showing off their skills.
More unusually, rapper Professor Green teams up with chef Gizzi Erksine for their Giz ‘n’ Greens show. The duo inspired millions over the last year with their ‘Monday Night Fakeaways’ series, leading to their own pop-up restaurant in Shoreditch.

Mr James said he was delighted to bring back the weekender after an enforced fallow year. He said: “I cannot wait to welcome everyone back to the farm this summer for our 10th Birthday party.
"We’re all in need of a serious celebration this year so we’re pulling out all the stops to ensure this is our best line-up yet. Roll on August!”
