THE AREAS that still have coronavirus cases in Oxfordshire have been mapped.
Using official government data, the virus can be tracked to postcode level - revealing exactly where numbers of people have tested positive for Covid-19 over the last week.
On the map, white shows areas with no coronavirus cases, lighter colours like yellow and green, show low infection rates per 100,000 people while blue and purple colours show the highest rates of infection.
As we ease out of lockdown, most postcode areas in Oxfordshire have now suppressed the virus.
However, there are still some areas in Oxfordshire that still had cases in the seven days to April 5, these are the hotspots in the county:
- Banbury Grimsbury (3 cases, down by one on the week before)
- Kingham, Enstone & Middle Barton (five cases, up by one on the week before)
