A TINY 'fairy' door has been spotted in the city.
The mysterious, small white door was found at the entry of Merton Grove, next door to Merton College.
Why the door is there and what it is for are unknown, however, it is not the first to appear in Oxford City Centre.

In the summer of 2019, another tiny door was found on Little Clarendon Street.
Oxford University students reported the door was created by a mystery artist group known as 'Dinky Doors'.
The artist group, which mimics real-life doors, has not claimed that it created the tiny door on Merton Grove or Little Clarendon Street.
Dinky Doors, which started in Cambridge, hope that when people see the miniature dollhouse-style doors, 'doors of hope to other worlds' would also be opened.
Last month, residents posted photos on Facebook of another tiny wooden door, this time painted brown, near the Bridge of Sighs, on New College Lane.

No one at the time could explain where the mysterious, little doors had come from.
