Make the most of this brief warm spell before Easter.
Temperatures have reached 24°C in parts of the UK this week but it will turn colder over the Easter weekend.
Today's forecast is for sunshine, sometimes hazy with some fair-weather cloud. It will become very warm through the afternoon with light winds and a maximum temperature of 24 °C.
The evening will be dry and clear but becoming cloudier although still with some clear spells. It will feel colder by dawn with a minimum temperature of 7 °C.
Easter weekend is forecast to be colder.
Dry, bright and rather cool through Good Friday and Saturday with sunny spells, light winds and overnight frosts. It will be bright, breezy and mild on Sunday, before rain arrives overnight.
