The next planned changes to weekend services will come into operation after Easter on April 11 2021.
The customer services department will be closed on Good Friday and will be open between 11am and 4pm on Easter Monday.
The Gloucester Green travel shop will remain closed.
Customers are advised to check websites for full details of the temporary timetables before travelling.
All bus operators are maintaining extensive cleaning regimes and high levels of hygiene to protect the health and well-being of passengers and colleagues.
Phil Southall, Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel managing director, said: “We are operating a good level of service during Easter and would encourage people to check timetables to help plan their journeys to get out with the ‘stay at home’ instruction being removed from Monday, March 29.
