A PUB in a popular Oxfordshire village, which boasts a spacious garden ideal for the summer months, has been put up for sale.
The Crown Inn located in the heart of Shrivenham, a few miles from Faringdon, is on the market for £410,000 just in time for the reopening of the hospitality industry from mid-April.
In less that two weeks, pubs and outdoor cafes will be able to welcome back eager customers as part of the Prime Minister's four-step roadmap out of lockdown.

The Crown Inn on High Street is well known and loved by the community it serves for its large garden and bistro style restaurant.
Some of the pub's key features include the accessible location, excellent beer terrace plus covered area, a bar and a restaurant that can accommodate up to 60 customers.
However, the property is now in need of a new owner and has been placed on the market as a freehold, with the sale advertised on both Bristol-based surveyor Fleurets and Rightmove.
Describing the pub, Rightmove states: "Cottage style building constructed on ground and first floors with painted elevations under a pitch tiled roof.

"Significantly, our clients have extended the ground floor to enable reconfiguring of the toilets, kitchen and the addition of a restaurant.
"Of particular note is an easily manageable enclosed beer garden with a covered area next to it, which provides valuable additional external seating during the warmer months."
The pub also has a three-bed private accommodation and Fleurets says that it has the potential for alternative use.
