A PLANTER has been moved forward 10 metres by an angry driver frustrated with the newly implemented Low Traffic Neighbourhood [LTN's].
Oxfordshire County Council introduced LTN's to Church Cowley, Temple Cowley, and Florence Park earlier this month, which has caused division between locals in the area.
At the weekend, one of the central planters on Liddel Road had been moved 'about 10 metres' in front of the other planters.

Residents say a 'van drove up against it and pushed it forward.
Now, other drivers are continuing to drive through the gap that has been created.
Dr Amar Latif, who lives on Gaisford Rd, said “This is a sign of how frustrated some people have been due to the lack of consultation and poor early implementation of the scheme.
"However, it is not really acceptable for people to move the planters and causes a road hazard for everyone”.
The council carried out a consultation in December 2020, where over 1,000 residents responded - with the majority supporting the scheme.

Residents are now saying that many of them did not know about the consultation or receive any information.
Dr Latif added: “I would encourage all residents to feedback to the County Council via the formal consultation so your views are heard.
"Regardless of your views everyone must respect the rule of law and ensure the safety of all road users."

The county council has reminded residents that the scheme is temporary and cannot be made permanent under the rules of its experimental status.
