The owner of a taxi firm has lodged a second appeal to regain his licence.
Keith Ince, 62, the owner of Keith's Cabs and a partner in Sue's Taxis of Wantage, was fined £1,000 by Didcot Magistrates earlier this year after a case brought by the Vale of White Horse District Council.
He admitted employing his son as an unlicensed driver and using an unlicensed vehicle as a taxi. The council revoked his licence. He lost an appeal at Didcot court but has now taken his case to Oxford Crown Court. Lewis Ince was caught during a routine licensing inspection at the taxi rank in Market Place, Wantage, in March. The business can continue to run in the meantime.
