STRONG winds and blustery showers are set to bring 'significant' disruptions to Oxfordshire.
The Met Office has issued a yellow wind warning for the county and the rest of England from last night.
This means strong winds are expected to cause travel delays and short-term power cuts across Oxfordshire.

The warning is in place from 9pm on Wednesday night until at least 3pm today.
If you are making any plans, be sure to check the weather to avoid the rain.
According to the Environment Agency, there are no flood alerts or warning in place at the moment.
This is what people should expect:
- Delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges is likely
- Some short term loss of power and other services is possible
- Some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely
- Probably some bus and train services affected, with journeys taking longer

This could soon clear to sunny spells and scattered showers, but remaining windy.
Showers are expected to turn heavy in the afternoon, with a risk of hail.

Winds are expected to ease a bit this evening as showers generally clear, to leave a largely dry night with prolonged clear spells.
Minimum temperature 4 °C.
