OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT
SONNY MANNION, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted persistently making use of public communication to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety on February 11, 2021, at St Aldate’s Police Station. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
KELLY BLACK, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a bottle of champagne, costing £36, from a shop in Milton Keynes on January 30. She was fined £40, ordered to pay compensation of £36 and court costs of £34.
ANDREW LOVELOCK, 60, of Larkdown, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Wantage on October 24. He had 112mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DAVID ALLEN, 33, of Herald Way, Bicester, was made subject to a domestic violence protection order after an incident on February 14. It will last 28 days and he must not contact the victim directly or indirectly, travel to the location of the incident, threaten her with any violence or behave in any way that will be threatening.
SHANE HANNON, 37, of Bullingdon Prison, Bicester, admitted being in possession of cocaine, a Class B drug, and heroin, a Class A drug, on November 23 in Oxford. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £40. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.
ISMAIL AY, 30, of Strathmore Close, Carterton, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 20 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on December 12 and 19 and failing to attend supervision on December 15 and January 12. His community order was varied and the unpaid work requirement was removed. He was also fined £600.
MICHAEL HARDISTY, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements following a release from prison on January 15, 2021. He was sent to prison for 14 days consecutive to another sentence imposed by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 20.
EDWARD PARKER, 42, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 9 by failing to attend Building Better Relationships sessions on December 14 and December 16. He was fined £100.

ADAM HORNER, 36, of Duxford Close, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on August 4 at Middleton Stoney. He had 32mcg of of cocaine in his blood, above the legal limit of 10mcg. He also admitted having 200mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
DEAN SMITH, 34, of Cross Road, Cholsey, Wallingford, admitted being in possession of a 'push dagger' in a public place on The Moorlands, Wallingford, on March 8. He was sent to prison for six months suspended for 24 months and must take part in the ‘Thinking Skills’ programme for 30 days. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85. The push dagger was to be forfeited to be destroyed.
CALLUM GOMM, 22, of Sorrell Road, Blackbird Leys, admitted fraudulently altering a registration number plate between March 27 and March 29, 2020, in Oxford. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
CARL NELSON, 48, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, admitted burglary after breaking into a summerhouse on Cowley Road and stealing a Yamaha amplifier costing £100. He was discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £22.
AMANDA ANDREWS, 55, of Harpsden Woods, Henley-on-Thames, admitted racially or religiously aggravated harassment without violene on November 18, 2019, in Henley-on-Thames. The court found that it was racially aggravated. She was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim directly or indirectly until 2022. She was also fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £35.
KELLY COLE, 28, of Robsart Place, Cumnor, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis on December 18 at Abingdon Police Station. She was fined £276, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JONATHAN BRIGGS, 44, of Marsh End, Thame, admitted assault by beating a woman on October 16. He also admitted driving without a licence and third party insurance. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
UMAYR ALI, 20, of Clive Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on July 11 in Oxford. The court decided that the offence was aggravated due to the presumed sexual orientation of the victim. He was conditionally discharged for two years. He must also pay compensation of £100 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.
SAM BAKER, 27, of Lodden Avenue, Berinsfield, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on February 22, 2020 in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. He was not given a totting disqualification because he needs to support family. He was fined £215, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.
DILCIMAR GERALDO, 34, of Lynn Close, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance and without a licence on September 20 on Between Towns Road, Oxford. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of 390. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
ROBERT BREWERTON, 42, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted driving without third party insurance and without a licence on January 4. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
PIOTR CZELUSTA, of Mendip Heights, Didcot, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver when requested on November 20 at Thames Valley Police Headquarters on Landford Lane, Kidlington. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
