A BRAZEN rider on an electric scooter was arrested after being pulled over by police on the A34 in Oxford in the early hours of this morning.
Officers from TVP Roads Policing team were called to reports of an electric scooter being ridden along the major road at 6.15am.

Riding rental e-scooters on the roads and cycle paths became legal in the UK on July 4 last year but they are still illegal to ride on a dual carriageway or motorway.
When the force located the scooter, they discovered that the rider did not have insurance.
Even more, they also tested positive for cocaine.
