Burglars smashed their way inside two businesses in Faringdon.
The burglars broke in through a communal entrance to OSX and Faringdon Lifts, both in Pioneer Road, sometime between 3pm on Sunday and 6am on Monday.
They smashed their way into OSX by breaking an internal door and stole £2,500 worth of property including laptop computers and mobile phones.
Faringdon Lifts was broken into but nothing was stolen.
Police believe the burglars left on foot and would probably have been carrying rucksacks.
All the stolen items were small and could be carried away and police believe witnesses may have seen people in the early hours of Monday morning acting suspiciously.
Anyone with information should call police on 08458 505505 or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
