OXFORD is one of the noisiest cities in the UK, a survey has said.
Over the last 12 months, there have been more than a quarter of a million noise complaints across the country.
Oxford was ranked as the seventh noisiest city in the county as there were 1,521 noise complaints in the last year.

There also were 257 complaints per 10,000 households.
33 per cent of noise complaints are reported to the police, while 52 per cent are settled with the neighbour creating the noise.
London was the noisiest city.
Confused.com conducted a Freedom of Information request to the 100 biggest cities in the UK to find out the number of noise complaints over the last year.

The research includes a survey of over 2,000 residents across the Uk finding out what they think of their neighbours.
