THE Prime Minister Boris Johnson has set out his stall for how England will leave lockdown today.
A four-step programme for unlocking the country was laid out by the PM, who told MPs in the House of Commons 'end was really in sight'.
Mr Johnson said he hoped the unlocking would be 'slow and irreversible', promising that the country would not going into another lockdown in future.
However, he added the dates in the four stages were guidelines, with the plan being driven by 'data not dates'.
