This is Star, an eight-year-old German Shepherd cross with Golden Retriever who came into the centre through not fault of her own.
Star is very friendly and has lived as a family dog with children, she will be a fantastic addition in the right home.
Star has lived with another dog and gets on with most others but she can get boisterous with them so other confident dogs only. She will also be predatory towards small furry animals.
Star will come when called but she does pull a little on the lead. She will do anything for food and is responding well to clicker training. She is still very active for her age and needs equally active owners to exercise and stimulate her.
