RETIRED teacher and keen gardener John Kimber from Fir Tree Avenue, Wallingford, has a grave outlook on life.
Mr Kimber, 53, who spent 30 years in teaching, is putting his gardening skills into a new business venture called Abiding Angels, offering a grave cleaning service for families.
He said: "I'm giving peace of mind to people who through reasons of time, distance or infirmity, cannot tend their own families graves."
He is offering three levels of care, depending on what people want.
He added: "After all those years in teaching, mainly at Benson primary school, I still want to meet the public and enjoy the outdoor life - and this seemed a golden opportunity to do both."
