HOUSING association tenants are quizzing association officers in a bid to improve services to the tenants.
A group of tenant inspectors have looked at various aspects of the Soha housing operation but their latest inspection focused on the way the organisation treats its tenants.
Tenant inspector Don Harrison from Goring said: "These inspections enable tenants to have positive input into the housing association's operation.
"Our reports help Soha improve services they provide."
His colleague Freda Griffiths from Didcot said: "We found Soha staff very supportive and keen to act on our recommendations."
Richard Peacock, Soha housing's chief executive, said: "This is an exciting project for us."
