A WOMAN has been jailed for breaching a restraining order.
Rebecca Nuttall, of no fixed abode, has previously been banned from entering a house on Juniper Hill, in Banbury, or contacting the 'vulnerable' resident who lives there.
But on Wednesday, February 3, she was spotted going into the property and was charged by police officers the following day.
At Oxford Magistrates' Court on Friday (February 5), the 30-year-old admitted the breach and was jailed for nine weeks.
Sergeant Sarah Nash, of the Banbury problem solving team said: “We are pleased with this court result. Nuttall has breached several orders relating to this address and the vulnerable occupant.
“It is reassuring to see the court taking these matters seriously and we will continue to take robust action against those breaching closure and restraining orders.”
