Women's cycling network JoyRiders Britain is setting up a group in Oxford - its first outside London.

The community interest company said the welcome from the city’s cycling group Cyclox, Active Oxfordshire and other organisations had helped it to choose the city, with rides due to start in April if restrictions allow it.

Dr Alison Hill, chairwoman of Cyclox, said: “It is so exciting to know that JoyRiders will be coming to Oxford.
