A male nurse who had sex with a 16-year-old patient in a toilet at Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital faces being stopped from working again.
Oliver Balicao, 34, was cleared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday of raping the girl but admitted a charge of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust.
Balicao, of Lerwick Croft in Bicester, was suspended by the hospital when charges were made in March. The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) has passed an interim order suspending him from practising as a male nurse.
He faces an NMC hearing once sentencing has taken place in court in the new year.
