OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

MARK JORDAN SMITH, 22, of Wharton Road, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated harassment towards a police officer in Faringdon on August 21 as well as obstructing and resisting a police constable in execution of duty in Faringdon on October 21. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £125, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

MASON FERRIS ARNOLD, 20, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on October 22 in Banbury. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

NATHAN DALLIMORE, 25, of Werrell Drive, Wootton, was convicted of assault by beating of a woman on June 25. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with a responsible officer for 17 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £775.

DANNY SHANE KELLY, 22, of Churchill Place, Wolvercote, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on August 9 in Bicester. He was given a conditional discharge for six months but was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85. He was also made to forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

DAVID MICHAEL SKYES, 34, of Cedar Road, Botley, admitted drink-driving on December 9, 2019 in Kidlington. He had 155mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He also admitted failing to stop at the scene of an accident on December 9, 2019 in Kidlington. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £500. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

PHILIP ERNEST CHEWINGS, 34, of Colswell Road, Wallingford, admitted criminal damage to a property costing £1,917 on June 15 in Wallingford. He was ordered to pay compensation of £900 and court costs of £85.

IMRAN INAYAT, 41, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 21 by failing to attend planned office visits on October 26 and November 3. The suspended sentence made by the court for two counts of assault by beating was varied. He has now been sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 25 months and must attend appointments for 30 days. On the documents it said the sentence had not been ‘activated’ because he had to deal with a family emergency abroad.

SHANE DOWIE, 30, of Clarendon Drive, Thame, admitted drug-driving on June 21 in Buckinghamshire. He had 6.5mcg of Cannabis in 1l of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LEWIS DEROSA, 24, of Bracken Way, Chinnor, was convicted of assault by beating of a woman in Banbury on October 19, 2019. He was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the woman directly or indirectly. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £60 and ordered to pay court costs of £40.

GEORGE GATUKU, 41, of Hollow Way, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance and a licence on Warwick Street, Oxford on November 20. He also admitted drink-driving on the same road. He had 89mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 48 months.

GEORGIAN BADARAN, 32, of Chapel Street, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on November 22 in Bicester. He had 41mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

GARY WEBB, 57, of Marlborough Place, Oxfordshire, was convicted of driving without a licence on October 16, 2019 in Eynsham. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £200. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

RICHARD PETERS, 55, of Horse Fair, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance on November 18, 2019 in Banbury. He was fined £405, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £150. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 days.

GRAHAM HAYES, 51, of Potash Mead, Benson, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 11, 2019 by failing to attend appointments with a responsible officer on November 4 and November 11, 2020. He was fined £100 and must pay costs of £60.

CLAYTON MOILOA, 25, of Osborne Close, Kidlington, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 17, 2020 by failing to attend supervision appointments on November 17. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay court costs of £60.

ANDREW HUDSPITH, 53, of Sandford Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on November 22 in Oxford. He had 66mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £403, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

DEAN KIRTLAND, 41, of Ireton Court, Thame, admitted drink-driving on November 22, 2020 in Thame. He had 134mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was sent to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months because the offence is 'so serious and a high alcohol reading'. He must also have treatment for alcohol dependency for 12 months. He was made to pay a victim surcharge for £128 and court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 32 months.

NICOLAE PISLARU, 21, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted drink-driving on October 19 in Witney. He had 50mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without third party insurance and otherwise in accordance with a licence as well as failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on November 17. He was fined £750, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

MOHAMMED TASSEEM, 50, of Manor Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on November 22 in Banbury. He had 44mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.
