REFUSE and recycling collections in parts of Oxfordshire are returning to normal today after vandals broke into a depot at Radley, near Abingdon, and smashed the windscreens of 20 vehicles.
The French-owned contractor Veolia has 25 refuse and recycling lorries at the depot in Thrupp Lane and runs services for the Vale of White Horse and West Oxfordshire District Councils.
Both councils were forced to reschedule collections, but the service should be fully operational by the end of the week.
