A TENANTS union that opened its doors in Oxford in the beginning of this year has gained the trust of 100 residents.

A celebratory statement on its page on Facebook read: "Our collective power is in our membership, and as we grow the more we can organise our communities and fight for a better quality of life."
This comes after several high-profile wins over the last months where the union fought on behalf of renters, especially students, who were facing problems with their landlords.
