OXFORDSHIRE has been warned to expect snow on New Year's Eve.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning which will be in place from 6pm tomorrow until 2pm on Thursday.
Here is the weather forecast:
- Tuesday (29): Light rain changing to overcast in the afternoon. Highs of 2C.
- Wednesday (30): Yellow weather warning from 6pm. Highs of 4C.
- Thursday (31): Yellow weather warning until 2pm. Highs of 2C.
- Friday (1): Overcast changing to light rain by nighttime. Highs of 4C.
The Met Office has warned people to expect:
- Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services
- Some routes across Scotland and northwest England may briefly become impassable early Thursday morning.
