A MAN who was caught more than three times over the drink-drive limit has been jailed.
Krystian Kulikowski, of Lyndene Road, Didcot, admitted driving a silver Vauxhall on Brasenose Road with 120mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
The legal limit is 35mcg.
At Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 12, the 35-year-old also admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance.
He was sentenced to nine weeks in prison.
In the court documents, it said: “The offence is so serious because of the very high reading and there was an accident.”
He was also made to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and was disqualified from driving for three years.
