THICK smoke was spotted rising from an Oxfordshire town yesterday morning coming from a workshop on fire.
Firefighters from Faringdon, Bampton and Didcot rushed to the blaze that took place just outside Faringdon, off the A417.
When the crews arrived at the scene they were faced with a 'well developed fire' in a small workshop where one gas cylinder had ruptured and a further two needed urgent action.

The additional propane cylinders were removed and the crews extinguished the fire, which was started accidentally.
They remained at the scene for around two hours.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Services confirmed noone was injured in the incident.
