VARIOUS parts of Oxfordshire have been hit by floods today following heavy rain across the county.
Witney, Ramsden and Yarnton have all been hit in particular, with one Witney resident saying their road was ‘flowing like a river’.
The Met Office issued a weather warning for heavy rain earlier this week.
These pictures, taken by photographer Oxon 999, show the devastation caused by the flooding in Ramsden - three miles north of Witney.
