AN INQUEST has been put on hold while the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decide whether to press charges.
Matthew Hammonds, 25, was the front seat passenger of a car police were looking for on the night of July 11.
Officers eventually found it crashed into some metal railings in Witney.

The aeroplane engineer, who lived in Carterton, was left with a 'traumatic head injury' and a police officer, who had known him for 'several years' verified his death.
In a procedural pre-inquest review yesterday, Oxfordshire coroner Darren Salter said the full inquest proceedings had been delayed by the CPS which is considering pressing charges.
If it is a criminal investigation it will be heard at Crown Court.
