Banbury Business Park is set for expansion.
Property developer Stockdale Land plans to enlarge the site between junctions 11 and 12 of the M40 - between Adderbury and Aynho - by eight acres.
Stockdale spokesman John Liggins said: "Good sites along the M40 corridor are less plentiful than on the M42/M6.
"We have obtained planning consent for eight small B1/B2 units totalling about 25,000sq ft, which we intend to commence shortly, and 25 per cent of these are already under offer."
Charter Community Housing Association recently moved into a 14,500sq ft building next to the County Ambulance Trust, which moved its central control and services centre to the business park.
Stockdale is also working with Assura Property to provide a new 50,000sq ft medical centre at South Bar House in Banbury.
Stockdale is also working in partnership with Sainsbury's to develop a major shopping complex in Bicester town centre, including a six-screen multiplex cinema, leisure units, and 100,000sq ft of shops, including a Sainsbury's supermarket.
