A TEENAGER was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Officers with Thames Valley Police arrested the 19-year-old from West Bromwich at 2.23pm yesterday in Kings Road, Banbury.
This morning he was charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine, and possession of cannabis.
The 19-year-old has been detained for court and will appear before Magistrates today.

The force shared a photo of the drugs found on its social media channels.
