A WOMAN found a caterpillar in an iceberg lettuce she had purchased from an Oxfordshire supermarket.
Twitter user, Toni, discovered the insect burrowed inside the vegetable which she bought from frozen food chain Iceland in Bicester.

She tweeted the store with photos of the caterpillar - which looks alive - and the retailer responded saying it would investigate.
