Oxford University has been carrying out tests on students before they leave the city
It's website states: "All students who leave Oxford during the Government’s Christmas Travel window from 3 to 9 December will be offered Christmas Travel Tests.
"These ‘Lateral Flow Tests’ (LFTs) will be offered in colleges as part of a University-wide programme.
"You will be asked to take two tests, three days apart before you leave Oxford."
Any student who tests positive will need to self-isolate and book a confirmatory test PCR test through the university.
