EMERGENCY services raced to the scene of this dramatic crash last night.
Firefighters, police officers and paramedics arrived at the junction of Shilton Road (B4020) and Brizewood, Carterton at 7.50pm yesterday.
South Central Ambulance Service said they recieved several 999 calls about a crash at the roundabout.
Two rapid response cars and two ambulances went straight to the scene.
One of the cars had a family of three - adult male, adult female and an 11-year-old boy.
The adults had minor chest injuries and the child had a foot injury.
All were taken to the John Radcliffe for further treatment.
The other driver was not at the scene when emergency services arrived.
Police were apparently looking for the driver of the other car, which was left completely crumpled.
An eye-witness said the weather was extremely foggy yesterday night and the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for Oxfordshire.
Thames Valley Police were contacted for a comment.
