FIREFIGHTERS were called to a quickly-spreading blaze next to a train station in Oxfordshire last night.
Emergency services from Deddington assisted crews from Banbury to tackle a fire at Station Approach, which had started in caravans, and then rapidly spread through fencing and shrubbery to affect the other side on Haslemere Way.

Using jets, hosereels and ladders the crew was able to prevent further spread and support their colleagues from Banbury working on the main fire.
Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Services shared shocking photos of the scene of the incident just after 8.30pm yesterday.
Banbury residents who had already spotted the incident praised the crew, with one local Sharon Shearsby commenting: "A big well done guys for doing an amazing job as always.
"I hope you have a peaceful night ahead."
