A SHAMELESS thief took advantage of an elderly couple outside Morrisons.
They were parking outside the supermarket on Swan Close, Banbury, when they were approached by a man who offered to help them to register their vehicle in the parking machine.
The thief then fled with their bank card and used it to withdraw cash on the neighbouring ATM.
Thames Valley Police has now released a CCTV image of a man officers believe may have important information in connection with the crime, which took place at around 12pm on November 10.
