FOUR women were arrested after this bag of meat and other groceries worth more than £1,000 were found in the back of their car.
PCSO Haynes was on patrol in Didcot on Wednesday when he spotted a blue seven-seater that he suspected had ‘just been involved’ in a shoplifting.

He called back-up and officers searched the vehicle in a car park.
Inside they found:
- Ham, sausages and bacon
- Mince pies
- A gift set
- Four tins of baby power milk
- Four trays of chocolate
- Six bottles of wine
- Three packs of Costa coffee pods
Thames Valley Police wrote on Twitter: “Four females arrested for thefts and recovered over £1,000 worth of goods. All suspects bailed pending further investigation.”
