THE owner of Oxford Stadium has again refused to comment on plans to buy the site.
Galliard Homes declined to respond to questions relating to a bid of up to £25m for the Sandy Lane venue, being developed by businessman Nik Budimir.
The plans would see greyhound racing, speedway and a dance school return to the stadium, while adding a boxing club and possibly a rugby sevens pitch.

Mr Budimir revealed to the Oxford Mail last week that he was close to submitting an offer and wants a response from Galliard by January 1.
The Bournemouth-based entrepreneur has had previous bids for the stadium turned down, but met campaigners in Headington last November.
Earlier this year, Oxford City Council agreed its 2036 Local Plan, which includes a policy to protect the site from being turned into housing.
