A NEW cinema is part of a proposal to ‘bring new vitality’ to a county High Street.
The proposal in Chipping Norton is available to see on the website of real estate company, Setha.
In addition to two cinema screens, offering films throughout the week, there are also plans for 13 new apartments in Horsefair.

On its website, Setha says that ‘refurbished Grade II listed and locally listed High Street properties will be brought back to life and cared for with regular building maintenance and use’.
It continues: “This exciting new proposal for Chipping Norton town centre will bring new vitality to the High Street and offer a viable new business opportunity within the community.
“Revitalised shop frontage will brighten the properties’ relationship with the High Street.”
