THREE thugs broke into a house and threatened an elderly couple with screwdrivers.
The robbers got into the house on Anna Pavlova Close, Abingdon, through the back door at about 6pm before unleashing the ‘frightening ordeal’.
They went through drawers and cupboards and left with an iPad and set of door keys.

The couple, who are in their 70s, were not injured.
The first man is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall, stocky, with short dark hair. He was wearing dark jeans, a dark top and a dark face covering.

The second man is described as white, in his twenties, and slim.
There is no description of the third man.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Carly Milward, who is based at Abingdon Police Station, said: “This would have been a very frightening ordeal for the victims.
“We are carrying out an investigation into this incident and I would like anyone with information to contact us.”
