CCTV image of a man officers would like to speak to following the theft of a bike in Oxford has been released. 

Between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday October 1, a 'Giant Escape 3' bike was stolen from outside Alice House in St Clements.

Investigating officer PC Abigail Kirkham, said: “I am releasing this CCTV image as I believe that the man pictured may have important information about this incident."
