Fire crews from Wantage and Didcot attended and cordons were put into place while the driver was checked for injuries.
Pictures show the car was badly damaged in the crash, with metal railings also hit.
After an assessment by South Central Ambulance Service the driver was found to be safe to get out of the car and walk to the ambulance for further treatment.
The scene was then handed over from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service to Thames Valley Police.
The Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service incident commander said: "Thankfully no one was hurt during the incident, we would like to take this opportunity to remind drivers to adjust their driving in the wet and wintery conditions on our county roads."
