PARIS MARY BARTRAM, 20, of Balmoral Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 26 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ROSS BRESNAHAN, 25, of Middle Furlong, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on July 4 in Abingdon. He was fined a total of £437 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RAYMOND CHITTOCK, 24, of Aldiss Drive, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without a licence and without third party insurance on July 27 in Abingdon. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ADELINO DA-COSTA-MONIZ, 27, of Arthray Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on August 9 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £388 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUIS MIGUEL FERNANDES ORNELAS, 35, of Moor Pond Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 50mph in a 50mph zone on the A44 Wootton on June 25. He was fined £216 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREW PATTRICK, 49, of Cotman Close, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 13 in Dorchester on Thames. He was fined £369 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALISON JANE PLAISTED, 58, of Marlborough Close, Eynsham, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 7 in Kidlington. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ROCIO VAN-DOREN, 52, of Kidlington Road, Islip, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance in Oxford on July 31. She was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GRANT BECKLEY, 18, of Roundham Close, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on June 26 in Kidlington. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SAFINA BRIGGS, 41, of Cumnor Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 42mph in a 30mph zone on Wootton Road, Abingdon, on February 26. She was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MARTIN LANCE DAWES, 44, of Stockham Park, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 61mph in a 30mph zone on the A417 Reading Road on June 8. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

MADALIN SPIRIDON, 21, of West Street, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on March 20 in Banbury. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

THEO COLLETT, 18, of St Johns Road, Grove, admitted drink driving on August 22 in Grove. Had 52mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DAMIEN JAMES BURKE, 36, of Cheviot Way, Banbury, admitted drink driving on April 3 in Banbury and failing to stop after an accident. Had 133mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include six rehabilitation activity requirement days and 200 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a fine of £240, a victim surcharge of £95 and court cost of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

TERRY CHANDLER, 61, of Foundry Street, Banbury, admitted drink driving on Iffley Road, Oxford, on April 26. Had 135mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and 200 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and was disqualified from driving for 32 months.

SIMON GRANITO, 45, of Rye Gardens, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Also admitted causing criminal damage to a police vehicle. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £95.

AMY JESSICA PAINTIN, 41, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on April 23. She was made subject to a community order to include 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and she must pay a fine of £50 and a victim surcharge of £95.

GRANT DAVID PAUL CAISTOR, 30, of Laburnum Grove, Didcot, admitted causing criminal damage to a kitchen cupboard door in Didcot on June 29. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay court costs of £85.

MARTIN RICHARD COX, 47, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by consuming alcohol in a public place in Abingdon on September 23. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34.

MARK JOHN SHAW, 32, of Evans Way, Chipping Norton, admitted driving while disqualified on February 10 in Wantage and using a vehicle without third party insurance. He was fined £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

KEVIN JONES, 41, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted possessing a locking knife in public on April 23 in Oxford. Made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement and 18 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
