THE county's new Covid cases have continued to rise by more than 100 in a day as Oxford enters extra restrictions.
According to Public Health England, as of 9am, these are the number of new Covid-19 cases in 24 hours;
- Oxford -35
- Oxfordshire - 132
- UK - 24,405
The total coronavirus cases since the pandemic started;
- Oxford - 2,116
- Oxfordshire - 6,852
- UK - 989,745
Cumulative case counts include patients who are currently unwell, have recovered and those that have died.
A further 274 people were reported to have died within 28 days of a positive Covid-19 test.
It takes the confirmed UK death toll to 46,229.
The latest rolling seven-day rate of new cases of Covid-19 for Oxfordshire has showed how all district areas are up compared to a week prior.

The figures, for the seven days to October 25, show the infection rate per 100,000 people.
