A LEARNER driver caught on the M40 travelling at more than 100mph has been fined.
Wayne Daniel was caught speeding on the motorway near High Wycombe on June 5, travelling at 102mph in a 70mph zone.

The 48-year-old of Littleworth, Oxford, was also convicted of driving on a motorway as a provisional driving licence holder and having no third party insurance while driving.
According to court documents he was convicted by Oxford Magistrates' Court and sentenced on September 29.
He was fined a total of £1,540 and must pay £85 court costs and a £66 victim surcharge.
He was also banned from driving for six months.
