THERE is good news for fans of Italian food, as Oxford’s branch of Prezzo reopens.
The restaurant, in Oxford Castle Quarter, which is now taking bookings, is offering new dishes along with discounts on meals – with a two-course set menu from Mondays to Thursdays for £10 and at weekends for £13.
Prezzo has 182 restaurants nationwide.
A spokesman for the chain said: "To celebrate our doors being open again, diners will be able to enjoy some new additions to the menu; a new calamari recipe, four new pizzas (including veggie and vegan options), a new chicken burger, plus new cocktails and coolers. And, after performing well in our test restaurants at the start of this year, we’re also introducing our vegan spaghetti Bolognese (also available with gluten free pasta).
"We think life’s better with Bolognese, and now it can be enjoyed by everyone!"
