ROSS ANDREW GARDINER, 31, of Peregrine Way, Grove, was convicted of speeding by driving 45mph in a 30mph zone on Witney Road, Standlake, on February 28. He was fined £333 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.
FEDERICA GIGANTE, 34, of Kingston Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on March 24. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
DALE MATTHEW HALL, 33, of Cricket Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 1 and 29 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
BENJAMIN LLOYD HINDLE, 22, of Ramillies Close, Woodstock, was convicted of speeding by driving 50mph in a 30mph zone on Cannon Lane, Maidenhead on August 3. He was fined £253 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
LLOYD PAUL HUMPHREY, 30, of Warmans Close, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on May 21 in Oxford. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MARK HYLAND, 47, of West Way, Botley, was convicted of driving while not wearing a seatbelt in Forest Hill on March 29. He was fined £126 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
SOPHIA MANN-MENSAH, 37, of Rooks End, Grove, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 9 and July 7 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
TAKEHARU MIYAHARA, 44, of Reliance Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 51mph in a 30mph zone on the B4027 Oxfordshire on July 31. He was fined £491 and must pay a victim surcharge of £49 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PHILLIP JOHN MOORE, 52, of Willow Walk, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on March 20 on South Hill Road, Bracknell. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
KIRSTEN SEYMOUR, 48, of Kennington Road, Kennington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 5 and July 3 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
EDWIN THOMAS, 59, of Bartholomew Avenue, Yarnton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 2 and June 30 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ADAM CIELECKI, 43, of Northcourt Road, Abingdon, admitted drug driving with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on March 27 on Marston Ferry Road, Oxford. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
TYRON PULHAM, 30, of Reading Road, West Hendred, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on Reading Road on July 28. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34.
Mark Anthony GILL, 41, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on September 8 in Oxford and committing an offence while subject to a community order. He was jailed for a total of 26 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £128.
EMILY RUTTER, 22, of Richens Drive, Carterton, admitted being in charge of a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on July 31 in Carterton. Had 44mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.
DAVID GEORGE BUTLER, 57, of Albert Street, Banbury, admitted having a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason on August 21 in Banbury. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £60.
Michael CAWLEY, 45, of Middleground, Wheatley, admitted drink driving in Weston-super-Mare on August 21 2016 and failing to surrender to custody. Had 106mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was jailed for a total of 10 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.
DEREK JOHN MORGAN, 53, of Abingdon Road, Abingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to a police van on April 13 in Abingdon. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and compensation of £78.
LUKE JOHN O'SHEA, 30, of Furlong Estate, Drayton, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on January 21 in Abingdon. He was jailed for a total of eight weeks and must pay compensation of £100.
DOMINIC BROWN, 46, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by not being present for installation of monitoring equipment for curfew and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £35.
Clair THORNTON, 41, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to report to induction on February 18 and failing to report to unpaid work induction in February 25. She was fined £40.
MICHAL KULKCZEWSKI, 40, of Garsington Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 18 and June 15 in Banbury. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
ELFIKY MAHMOUD, 26, of Divinity Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on March 20 in Oxford. Fined £220, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs and six penalty points.
