Brookes say that 65 of them live in the city, one elsewhere in Oxfordshire and two from outside of the county.
Currently the local alert level for Oxford is 'medium' which means that people must wear face masks in certain places like trains and shops and follow the rule of six.
Last week the university reported nearly 100 new cases of Covid-19 and 100 more the week before.
It comes after shocking pictures emerged of hundreds of students completely ignoring social distancing rules in a huge party at halls.
A video of that event which was sent to this paper pans across five student blocks at the 'village' with a sea of people rammed in the courtyard.
