VICTORIA LOUISE IRVINE, 46, of Middle Barton, Oxfordshire, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on March 8 in Charlbury. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Jordan WALL, 23, of Hawthorn Road, Eynsham, admitted causing criminal damage to stable doors and a van wing mirror on April 19 in Eynsham. He was made subject to a community order to include six rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £40.

David Matthew KELLY, 65, of Field Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 68mph in a 60mph zone on the M1 Rotherham on July 4 2019. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Mark JORDAN SMITH, 22, of Warton Road, Headington, was found guilty of assaulting a woman on November 19 in Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include programme participation requirement for 30 days, rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and 60 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

CODY DALEY, 19, of Cherwell Drive, Oxford, admitted drug driving with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on November 13 in Oxford as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ADAM JAMES GERRARD MCGOVERN, 27, of Dunnock Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order of a suspended sentence by failing to attend unpaid work on March 8 and failing to attend a telephone appointment on May 26. He was fined £50 and must pay court costs of £30.

Leo MORGAN, 19, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend an appointment on June 10. He was fined £50 and must pay court costs of £30.

NAVEED AKHTER, 33, of Westbury Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of being outside of a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 10 in Oxford. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

MASON FERRIS ARNOLD, 20, of Ferriston, Banbury, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 5 in Banbury. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

DECLAN JORDAN BEITH, 21, of Old Grimsbury Road, Banbury, was convicted of participating in a gathering of more than two people in England during the coronavirus emergency period on May 17 at Stoke Lyne Woods Car Park, Bicester. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 as well as court costs of £90.

Thomas BENNETT, 30, of Wensum Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of contravening a direction or failing to comply with an instruction during the coronavirus emergency period by failing to move on from allotments twice on April 6 in Bicester. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90.

SOPHIA BLOWFIELD, 18, of St Anthonys Walk, Bicester, was convicted of leaving a place where she was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 3 in Bicester. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

MATTHEW THOMAS BRAIN, 39, of Graham Road, Bicester, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 6 in Bicester. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

ALESSIO MARTUCCI, 25, of Montagu Road, Oxford, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 4 in Oxford. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

ARFAAN NAWAZ, 32, of Netherwood Road, Oxford, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 10 in Oxford. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

KARL OAKEY, 33, of Hanwell Chase, Banbury, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 6 in Banbury. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

THOMAS ALAN JAMES POWELL, 25, of Empire Drive, Carterton, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 2 in Oxford. He was fined £60 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

Emily ROSE TEAGLE, 44, of Floyds Row, Oxford, was convicted of leaving a place where she was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on May 8 in Oxford. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

TAIS TELES, 28, of Coverley Road, Oxford, was convicted of participating in a gathering of more than two people in England during the coronavirus emergency period on April 12 in Oxford. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

MILIO AU TUJNG, 27, of Bartholomew Road, Oxford, was convicted of participating in a gathering of more than two people in England during the coronavirus emergency period on April 10 in Oxford and leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse on April 10 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

KARL ARRON WHITAKER, 38, of Lerwick Croft, Bicester, was convicted of being outside the place he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period in Banbury on May 7. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

Georgina MCGURN, 41, of Upper Barr, Oxford, admitted drink driving on August 15 in Oxford. Had 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £120, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
