SINGING duo Serenade have a problem.
The couple, Ruth Sale and Gwyn Osborne, have agreed to sing at an elderly people's Christmas party in north Oxfordshire on Tuesday, December 11, but the person who arranged the date rang off without saying where, or which club, the booking was for.
Mr Osborne said: "It could be anywhere in the district.
"We have tried our best to find out who it was and we have telephoned all the elderly people's clubs we know - without success.
"But someone somewhere is expecting us on the 11th, and we do not want to let them down.
"They can ring Ruth on 01295 720724, to clarify things."
